Embassy Donates Books to Ministry of Education

On June 13, under the "Estados Unidos y Bolivia: Unidos en la lectura" Book Donation Program, the U.S. Embassy donated a set of 300 books to the Bolivian Ministry of Education to support their campaign for literacy and post-literacy.  The Embassy book donation program started in 2004 and has so far donated over 30,000 books to more than 100 libraries in the provinces of the nine departments across Bolivia.
