Embassy Supports Rural Universities

On December 8, English Language Specialist Charles Hall visited the rural university (UAC) in Tiwanaku to tour the facilities and meet with the professors and students. This visit was part of an ongoing effort to provide assistance for the reformulation of the English curricula for the Rural Tourism program and give recommendations on how to improve the English component of other programs, such as Agriculture and Nursing. Mr. Hall was accompanied by Public Affairs Officer Aruna Amirthanayagam, Public Diplomacy Officer Tracy Whittington and Public Affairs Professional Associate Carlos Gallardo.
