Hours of Service

The United States Embassy is open Monday through Friday, except on U.S. and Bolivian holidays. Click here for a list of holidays.

The U.S. Embassy is located at Avenida Arce # 2780 (between Campos and Cordero streets), in the San Jorge neighborhood of La Paz. 

Tourist Visas & Non-Immigrant Visas

Interview hours are Monday thru Thursday, 08:30 - 12:30

Interviews are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Interview appointments are made using the Call Center

To use the Call Center you must pay a PIN fee at any DHL location. When you have your PIN, call 800-100-449 listen to visa information and make your appointment.
