Lost/Stolen Passports

If your passport with a United States visa has been lost or stolen, please report the loss or theft immediately to the Bolivian Police authorities. If you have no immediate plans to apply for a new visa, please send a copy of the police/Interpol report and (if available) a photocopy of the lose/stolen passport and U.S. visa to the Consular Section of the Embassy at:

If you are applying for a new visa, bring a copy of the police/Interpol report and, if possible, a photocopy of the lost/stolen passport and U.S. visa with you to your non-immigrant visa interview.
