U.S. Charge d'Affaires John Creamer, Brazilian Ambassador Marcelo Biato , and Bolivian Minister of Government Wilfredo Chavez signed the counterdrug Tripartite Agreement in La Paz (Photo Government of Bolivia)

On January 20, Bolivia, Brazil, and the U.S. signed the Tripartite Agreement in La Paz.  This agreement will strengthen international cooperation in the fight against narcotrafficking by promoting technical and scientific cooperation amongst the signatory countries.
